Adrian Luces – Vocal Impression Founder & Coach
Realizing the privilege of his own vocal training and the transformative power of the human voice, Adrian Luces set out to share his expertise beyond the world of singing. He recognized that effective communication is not just about what you say … it’s about how you sound when you say it. With that vision, Adrian founded Vocal Impression, a coaching practice dedicated to helping professionals, leaders, and performers unlock the power of their most unique instrument of communication: their voice.
Since its inception, Vocal Impression has supported clients across industries, from corporate executives to athletes, educators, and public figures. Adrian has coached high-profile leaders and organizations including Bishop Strachan School, Women’s College Hospital, The Hospital for Sick Children, MNP, DBRS, Hydro One and more. His client list also includes professional speakers such as author Norm Trainor, former NFL star and four-time Super Bowl Champion Marv Fleming, Toronto’s Variety Village ambassadors, the RBC Canadian Junior Champion Aurora Tigers hockey team, the Business Development Centre of the YMCA of Greater Toronto, Rogers TV, and others.
In addition to running Vocal Impression, Adrian serves as the Director of Vocal Impression for Forrest & Company, a leading leadership and development consulting firm. Through this role, he has trained numerous high-powered executives, equipping them with the vocal tools to inspire, persuade, and lead with confidence.
Central to Adrian’s coaching is his signature framework, the “9 P’s of Performance – How to Connect With Your Audience.” This proven process helps professionals master the technical and emotional aspects of communication, transforming nervous or ordinary speakers into confident, compelling voices that command attention.
From boardrooms to classrooms, from keynote stages to community events, Adrian’s work has shown one truth again and again: a strong voice is the key to unlocking influence, connection, and lasting impact.
